Catherine (Misener) Kane, 101, of Marlborough, MA, died Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Marlborough Hills HealthCare, Marlborough, MA.
Born and raised in Southborough and lived her adult life as a Marlborough resident, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Mary (Ramsey) Misener and the wife of the late John Vincent "Vinnie" Kane, who died in 1978.

A job she truly loved. She looked forward to summer vacations at Hampton Beach with her children and grandchildren. She was always willing to go, whenever and wherever. She spent many hours with her son-in–law Ron. She is survived by her son, James V. Kane and his wife Karen of Gettysburg,PA, her daughter, Cathi DeCiero and her husband Ron of Marlborough, her grandchildren, Nicole Majowicz and her husband Rod, Jessica Lyle and her husband Josh, Samantha Kane and Brendan Kane, and her great- grandchildren, Travis and Colin Majowicz and Nash Lyle. She is also survived by her sisters, Margaret Bateman of Sterling, Dorothy Santella of Bunnell,FL, Bea Ginga of Southborough, and Josephine Williams of Clinton, and her sister in law, Joan Misener of Southborough, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late John Misener and Mary Dion.
